St Patrick’s Day Celebrations - Ulster American Folk Park, Omagh
Enjoy a day of Irish heritage and celebration as you explore the history of the shamrock, accompanied by the sounds of traditional Irish music across Ulster and America. Watch Irish dance performances and see traditional craft demonstrations like basket weaving throughout the day. Stop by the Mellon House where the table will be filled with customary foods like colcannon and apple tart, taste samples of fruit brack and follow the 'Shamrock Selfie Trail.'
With music, food, crafts and hands-on activities throughout the day, this is a fun-filled St Patrick’s Day celebration for the whole family.
- This event will take place on Tuesday 17th March. Last admission into the Folk Park will be at 15:45.
- There will be a number of timed activities taking place throughout the day, please pick up a programme when you arrive for all the timings.
- Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear.
- Picnics are welcome at a number of picnic spots around the site.
