Conservation Detection Dogs with CeDaR
Dr. Caroline Finlay from Conservation Detection Dogs NI is giving a presentation on the use of detection dogs in conservation!
Dogs have been shown as being one of the best tools for surveying, recording and aiding the conservation of a variety of species, including bats and rare plants! There will also be a small demonstration with the dogs during this event. If you love nature and are the ulti-mutt dog lover, this event is for you!

- Suitable clothing and footwear for the possibility of being outside during the session.
- Please consider bringing along sunscreen, a hat and water.
- Tea/coffee will be provided
- The session will start in a classroom setting (Lagan Room) with outside demonstrations later in the day
